高校大学生要求入党的人数与日俱增,从正面意义上看,这是大学生要求进步的一种表现。但调查发现,大学生积极要求入党,有着各种各样的动机。在大学生中发展培养党员,应针对大学生不同的入党动机,有针对性地进行教育和引导,端正其入党动机,以适应当前大批高素质人才的迫切需要,这也是高等学校一项艰巨而重要的学生工作。

The number of the undergraduates who wants to join in the party grow day by day. But the research shows that they have various motivation of joining in the party. We should develop the party member in the undergraduates aimed at its motivation of joining in the party.
