China English and Culture Teaching in English Teaching

中国英语是规范的英语,是国际英语的组成部分。其宗旨是使用规范的英语来描述中华文化和社会,以使之易于国际读者理解,促进东西文化的沟通、理解和合作。而要使中国英语建立自己的地位,就要在英语教学中的中美文化的比例做出调整,走出对文化教学上的误区,遵守教学原则。

China English is the Standard English which belongs to world Englishes. It aims at promoting the mutual understanding and cooperation between the East and the West and makes the international readers understand Chinese culture and society through norm English. If we want China English has it own identity,we should make effort on adjusting the proportion of the Chinese and English culture in English teaching. We should go out of the shadow of wrong concepts in culture teaching and obey the right techhing principle.
