摘要 传统检测有机氯的方法步骤繁琐、耗时长、检测化合物单一,建立一种快速、高效、可靠的检测方法是必须的。本文采用了QuEChERS方法,使用丙酮/正己烷=1:1混合溶剂提取土壤中的有机氯农药类POPs,通过与单一溶剂乙腈的萃取效率进行对比,结果表明混合溶剂更适合从土壤中萃取有机氯农药类;由于土壤基质复杂,提取液需经混合型分散固相萃取填料系统净化,对不同分散型固相萃取填料进行优化组合,实验结果再次表明QuEChERS方法具有快速、简便、高效、可靠等优点。我们分析10种有机氯农药的检出限在0.49~7.12ng/g之间,各成分的回收率在80%~111%之间,相对标准偏差小于10%。 The traditional detection methods for organochlorine pesticides are time - consuming, tedious, and method - single. Therefore, it is essential to create a quick, efficient, and reliable detection method. In this paper, an acetone / n - hexane = 1:1 (v/v) mixed solvent was used to extract the POPs from soil. In compared with the single solvent, the mixed solvent is more suitable for extraction efficiency to extract 10 organochlorine pesticides from soil. Owning to the complexity of soil matrix, the extract phase need to be purified by a mixed type of dispersed SPE sorbent with optimized combination. The result showed that QuEChERS method was quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe. Here, the LOD' s values of 10 organochlorine pesticides we analyzed were 0. 49 -7.12 ng/g, and the range of recovery rate of 10 components was between 80% - 111% , and the RSD was less than 10%.
