摘要
从勘察设计企业对档案利用需求出发,按照现代企业制度要求,研究建立一套突出高效利用的档案服务体系,从电子文件收集开始,到为用户提供网络环境下的快速查询利用的系统解决方案,对企业档案现代化建设进行创新探索。
In consideration of the demand of archives utilization by national investigation and design enterprises as well as the requirements of modern enterprise system, an effective archive service system is constructed covering electronic documents collection and a web based system solution for quick query and utilization of archives, for the purpose of exploration of innovation on modernization construction of enterprise archives management.
