镉(Ⅱ)-邻菲啰啉二元配合物与透明质酸相互作用的电化学性能及应用研究

摘要 本文利用线扫极谱法研究了镉(Ⅱ)-邻菲啰啉(Phen)二元络合物与透明质酸(HA)的相互作用并建立了以Cd(Ⅱ)-Phen二元配合物为电化学探针测定HA的分析测试方法。在最佳实验条件下,cd(Ⅱ)一Phen还原峰电流的降低值同HA的浓度在4.0~110.0mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Δip”(nA)=3.98C(mg/L)+30.79(n=17,γ=0.993),检测限为3.23mg/L(3σ)。将本方法应用于模拟样品中HA的测定,结果令人满意。 In this work, the interaction of Cd ( Ⅱ ) -Phen with HA was investigated by linear sweep polarographic method, accordingly a new approach for HA determination using Cd( Ⅱ ) -Phen as an electrochemical probe was established. Under the optimal conditions, the reduction the HA concentration in the range of 4.0- 110.0 mg/L, peak current of Cd(Ⅱ) - Phen decreases proportional to the linear regression equation was got as Δip ( hA) = 3. 98 C (mg/L) +30.79 (n =17, γ =0.993) with the detection limit as 3.23 mg/L (3σ). The proposed method was further applied to determine the HA content in the synthetic samples with good results and good recovery.
