滇西边境中学数学教师教学行为反思的调查与分析

Investigation on the Actuality of the Reflective Teaching Work of Three Middle Schools Mathematics Teachers in Yunnan Province of the West Frontier

摘要 以不同级别中学的数学教师为样本,对滇西边境中学数学教师反思自己的教学行为现状进行调查研究,发现:(1)中学数学教师“有反思的意识和行为”,但多从主观的角度剖析自己的教学;(2)中学数学教师对教学行为反思的认识不足;(3)缺乏相应的反思教学意识和技能的培训是影响其教学反思行为的主要因素. The investigation research on the actuality of the reflective teaching act of middle school mathematics teacher in yunnan province of the west frontier, take the three kinds of school for example. It came to the conclusions as follows: (1) The teachers occupy the reflective consciousness and act to some extent, what more they care about are the teaching experiences of their own, and analysis the teaching subjectively; (2) There are little difference among the different of school age teacher's reflective teaching behavior, but there are indeed discrimination of reflective quomodo and administrative levels among them; (3) The mostly factor that influence the border teachers' reflective teaching act is due to the lackness of the deep understanding the reflective theory, relevant reflective teaching consciousness and skill training.
