摘要
作者通过对ZGD-35液压震荡式给料机使用中存在问题的长期研究,如经常发生煤块卡住圆弧调节板,不能有效控制流量;漏煤嘴流出的原煤流到皮带以外、原煤流量太大没有经过缓冲、直接冲击到皮带上、降低了皮带的使用寿命等。针对这些问题分别进行解决,使之更符合矿井生产的要求,并为同类设备的相关问题解决提供了参考。
