通过介绍山东省临沂市某自备电厂1#机组试运行过程中,分散控制系统所控制的低压电机的失控现象以及对此所作的检查和试验情况,分析了产生低压电机失控的原因。并且从理论上对分散控制系统与低压电机开关装置的接口技术进行了深入的探讨,提出解决电机失控现象的技术措施。同时,对完善分散控制系统与低压电气设备的接口技术、提高系统可靠性提出了相应的建议。

The paper introduces the out - of- control for low voltage motor under the control of the distributed control system and analyzes the reasons through the inspection and tests of one autonomous power plant in Linyi, shandong province. Through the theoretical analysis of the interface technology about DCS and the switching device of low voltage motor, the paper puts forward the technical measures to resolve the out - of- control. At the same time, the paper gives constructive suggestions about improving the interface technology of the distributed control system and low voltage electrical equipment.
