摘要
通过对青东煤矿煤层突出危险性分析,研究确定了井筒穿过具有突出危险性煤层时通过地面预注浆进行固化煤层,降低煤层的孔隙率和瓦斯放散初速度,提高煤体强度,使煤体不具有突出危险性,震动性爆破前巧妙将工作面施工成所揭煤层成平行,采用电磁高性能安全雷管进行远距离震动爆破,实现安全快速揭开煤层。
With the analysis on outburst danger of seams in Qingdong Coal Mine, a pre - grouting at the surface to consohdate the seam was studied and adopted when the mine shaft sinking operation through the dangerous seam with potential outburst. The pre - grouting could reduce the porosity rate and the gas releasing speed and could improve the seam strength. Therefore the seam would not have the danger of outburst. With the remote vibration shot, before the shock of the blast will face cleverly into the open seam of a parallel, high - performance security using electromagnetic remote detonators shock blasting, the seam could be safely and rapidly opened.
