摘要
研究测定了CaO-Al2O3系LF炉精炼渣的熔点和熔速,确定了综合性能指标较好的LF炉精炼渣的组分,考察了利用该精炼渣时耐火材料、处理时间及精炼钢种等试验条件对脱硫效果的影响。另外,在现场试验中对比该精炼渣与传统的含氟精炼渣对钢中夹杂物级别、硫含量及气体含量的影响。研究结果表明,组成为CaO=57%,Al2O3=39%,SiO2=1%精炼渣具有较好的综合指标,其熔点为1 390℃,熔速(1 300℃)为15sec。与镁质耐火材料相比,使用镁碳质耐火材料时,脱硫效果更显著。现场使用该精炼渣进行LF精炼处理时,成渣速度快、电弧平稳,钢中夹杂、气体以及硫含量降低。
In the present work, a new CaO - Al2O3 LF refining slag with well aggregative indicators was developed by the detection of melting point and melting speed. By the utilization of the developed refining slag, the influence of refractory, treatment time and steel kinds, on the desulfurization efficiency were investigated. Moreover, sulfur, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen content and inclusion grade in the steel treated by developed and conventional refining slag were compared. The research results showed that the flux composed of CAO57%, Al2O339% and SiO21% with melting point of 1 390℃, melting speed (at 1 300℃) of 15sec showed well aggregative indicators. Comparing MgO and MgO- C refractory, the desulfurization efficiency was much better when MgO - C refractory was used. In commercial test, the developed refining slag had some advantages, such as faster melting speed, more stable arc, and lower sulfur, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen content and inclusion grade in the steel, than that of the conventional fluorine - containing refining slag.
