摘要
为提高民族院校学生的就业"竞争力"、提高民族院校的人才培养质量、保证民族院校法学本科教育的可持续发展,学校需要做如下改革:明确定位法学教育目标及办学特色;转变培养理念,改进法学本科人才培养模式;科学设置课程,丰富教学内容;改革教学方法和课程考核方法;采取有效措施提高法学师资队伍质量。
In order to raise competitive competence of students in employment, improve quality of cultivating talents and guarantee the sustainable development of undergraduate education of law, reforms should be carried out in ethnic universities in the following aspects： 1 ） making clear orientation in law educatiqn goals and school running characteristics; 2 ） changing concept of talents training and improving model of training undergraduates of law; 3） making scientific curriculum and enriching teaching contents; 4） reforming teaching and testing methods; and 5） uplifting quality of teaching body through effective measures
