要素价格变化、技术进步与草地产权制度变迁

Factor Price Variation,Technique Progress and the Change of Grassland Property

本文利用新制度学派的制度变迁理论对我国草地产权制度的变迁过程进行了考察。分析发现,草地要素相对价格变化与草地产权制度变迁的趋势在长期上能较好地耦合,但二者变化速度的非一致性成为常态。本文在引入技术进步变量之后对该现象进行了较为合理的解释,并依据所得出的结论对我国草地产权制度的强制性变迁提出了建议。

This paper investigates the process of change of grassland property right by using the system change theory of the new system school, and finds out that factor relative price variation has the good coupling with the trend of change of the grassland property right system in the long run. But both varying speed of non-coherence becomes normal. This paper makes rational explanation to the phenomenon after pulling into technique progress variable, and puts forward suggestions to the compulsory change activities of grassland property right system.
