摘要 将3种不同的漂白针叶木浆、棉浆、麻浆和4种不同规格的化学纤维与活性炭配抄,研究了纤维种类对活性炭过滤纸性能的影响。结果表明,3种木浆纤维中,北木浆纤维粗度最大,纤维较长,比较适合活性炭过滤纸的生产,抄造的活性炭过滤纸透气度和湿强度较高,分别为2390 mL/min、0.68 N.m/g;配抄丝光化北木浆后,成纸透气度提高。当配抄量为25%时,成纸透气度为2469 mL/min;在4种规格化纤中,化纤3更适合活性炭过滤纸的抄造,在配抄量为24%时,配抄化纤3的过滤纸的抗张指数和湿抗张指数分别为3.51 N.m/g、0.98 N.m/g,滤水时间最短为31.5 s,透气度为2488 mL/min。与棉浆相比,麻浆更适合活性炭过滤纸的抄造。 Activated carbon filter paper was manufactured by co-forming the different species wood and chemical fibers with activated carbon powder. The effects of fiber species on the performances of activated carbon filter paper were studied by the determination of strength properties and filtration performance of the paper. The results showed that among three species wood fibers,the Beimu pulp is more suitable to produce activated carbon filter paper. Its coarseness is 0. 227 mg/m and its length is longer. The air permeability and wet strength index of activated carbon filter paper conforming with Beimu pulp is 2390 mL/min,0. 68 N· m/g respectively. The air permeability of paper increases when adding mercerized Beimu pulp and the air permeability of paper is 2469 mL/min when the amount of mercerized Beimu pulp is 25% ( basis on oven dry pulp). The chemical fiber 3 is preferred materials for the production of activated carbon filter paper among four species chemical fibers. Conforming with chemical fiber 3 the amount of which is 24% (basis on oven dry pulp), the tear index and wet strength index of the paper reach to 3.51 N·m/g, 0. 98 N·m/g respectively, the minimum dewatering time is 31.5 s and the air permeability of the paper is 2488 mL/min. Compared with cotton fiber, the manila hemp pulp is preferred to produce activated carbon filter paper.
