摘要
研究了白卡纸、牛皮卡纸和瓦楞原纸中有机模拟污染物邻二甲苯、正十二烷、萘、二苯醚和邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(D IBP)在纸和空气间的分配系数K纸/空气。研究发现,有机模拟污染物的K纸/空气值随着温度的升高而减小。K纸/空气值与有机模拟污染物组分有很大的关系,邻二甲苯的K纸/空气值最小,其次是正十烷、萘、二苯醚、D IBP。K纸/空气值不仅与有机模拟污染物的沸点有关,还与化合物的化学结构、立体化学等因素有关。
Partition coefficients of organic contaminants between paper based food packaging materials and airs, Kpaper/air, is a very important physicochemical parameter in the study of potential migration of organic contaminants from the paperboard package into food. Partition coefficients (Kpaper/air ) of selected model organic contaminants in carton board, kraft paper, and fluting medium were determined ; the adsorption isotherms of the contaminants were plotted. The results indicated that Kpaper/air decreases with temperature increasing, and the value is proportional to grammage and thickness of the paper samples.. The lower of the grammage and the thickness, the lower of Kpaper/air value will be.Kpaper/air, values of selected model compounds increase in this order: o-xylene, dodecane, naphthalene, diphenyl oxide, methyl stearate. It is obvious that the Kpaper/air. value not only depends on the boiling point of the model compounds, but also depends on the chemical properties and the stereochemistry of the compounds.
