摘要
用实验室自制阳离子聚合物复合乳化剂乳化AKD,加入一定量的聚合氯化铝用作电荷增强,对AKD的乳化工艺进行了研究,确定了最优乳化时间为8 min,乳化温度为60℃,搅拌速度为20000 r/min,乳化剂用量(对AKD蜡粉)为4%。实验结果表明,自制阳离子树脂型AKD乳液具有较高的阳电荷,在BCTMP中的留着率高,可以提高纸张的施胶度,用量为0.3%时施胶度达27 s。用PAE做施胶增效剂,当PAE用量为0.06%时施胶度可达41 s。
In this paper, the cationic polymers prepared by our lab were used as emulsifiers to emulsify alkyl ketene dimmer (AKD) wax, and PAC was used to increase the charge of the emulsion. The optimum emulsifying conditions was determined as the follows emulsifying time was 8 rain, the emulsifying temperature was 60℃, the stirring speed was 20000 r/min, and usage of the emulsifier was 4%. The results showed that the cationic resinous AKD emulsion has higher positive charge, which can increase the retention of AKD in BCTMP and result in higher sizing degree. The sizing degree of the sized paper is 27 s when the emulsion dosage is 0.3%. When PAE is used as sizing promoter and its dosage is 0.06% , the sizing degree reaches to 41 s.
