微生物菌群多样性分析方法的研究进展

Research Progress on Analysis Methods of Diversity of Microbial Flora

随着现代科学技术的进步,对微生物多样性的研究已经提升到了一个新的高度,特别是由于分子生物学在该分支学科中的应用,使得在微生物菌群多样性的研究中克服了传统培养的缺点,使分析方法取得了长足的进步。本文主要介绍了微生物多样性研究的多种方法,将其简要划分为三大部分:(1)传统纯培养技术;(2)现代分子生物学技术;(3)上述两种方法的联合使用,并重点阐述了这些方法的优缺点,展望了微生物多样性研究方法的发展前景。

With the development of modem science and technology, especially due to application of molecular biology, the research on microbial diversity has been elevated to a higher level, the shortcomings of the traditional culture has been overcome and more considerable progress occurred in the analysis methods of diversity of microbial flora. In this paper, various research methods of diversity of microbial flora were presented in the following three parts： （1） traditional pure culture techniques; （2） modern molecular biology techniques; （3） the joint use of the above two methods, and the features and the prospect of these methods were focused on.
