摘要 针对不断涌现的食品安全问题,构建统一、权威、高效的食品安全监管体系。体系的构建涉及食品安全监管各个部门的职责和食品从种植、养殖、生产加工到流通、消费的整个产业链条,也涉及生产者、经营者、消费者、政府部门、行业协会、新闻媒体等多方利益的协调。 The paper brought forward the framework of food safety supervision system, in order to solve the food safety problems in China. The construction of this system is involved with identifying the responsibilities of supervision organizations, regulating the whole chain from farm to table, and coordinating food producers, sellers, consumers, government organs, related associations and public media.
