健康村评价指标体系研究

Research on developing of the evaluation index system for healthy village

目的制定科学的、适合我国国情的、能推广应用的健康村评价指标体系。方法采取广泛查阅文献和专题讨论的方式，制定指标体系框架；采取德尔菲专家咨询法构建指标体系，并在北京市和青海省对指标体系进行现场验证。结果32位各领域专家参与德尔菲专家咨询，2轮专家咨询的专家积极系数分别为93．75％和90．00％，专家权威系数集中在0．73～0．97之间。经现场验证，健康村评价指标体系由健康环境、健康传播、健康服务、健康状况4类一级指标，社会动员、和谐人文环境、饮水安全、传播活动、妇女保健、健康素养、两周患病情况等16项二级指标，37项三级指标构成。结论健康村评价指标体系结构稳定，专家意见一致，并涵盖影响居民健康的主要因素，具有较强的科学性、适用性和可行性。

Objective To develop a scientific and popularized evaluation index system for healthy village adapted to the rural areas of China. Methods After extensive literature review and topic discussions for developing the evaluation index system framework, the index system was constructed with Delphi method, and thus verified the scientific tenability and feasibility using focus group discussion, personal in-depth interview, and field observation methods in Beijing City and Qinghai Province. Results 32 experts were selected into two arounds of Delphi consultation research. The effective response rates of two rounds were 93.75% and 90.00% respectively. The average values of the authoritative coefficients were between 0. 73 and 0. 97. Based on the field verification, the evaluation index system was composed of 4 primary indicators closely associated with the farmers＇ health life, including healthy environment, health communication, health service, and health status. There were 16 secondary indicators and 37 tertiary indicators thereunder. Conclusion The structure of the evaluation index system of healthy villages became basically stabilized, and the consultant experts tended to reach a consen- sus. The evaluation index system contained the major factors of influencing people＇ s health, and had certain scientificity, apphcability and feasibility.
