摘要
研究了颜料的不同粒径分布,特别是窄粒径分布对涂布纸涂层性能的影响。结果表明窄粒径分布能增加涂层性能,颜料粒子的窄粒径堆砌结构形成的湿涂布层的微粒堆积密度较小,形成更开放式的滤饼层,导致快速脱水,具有较高的湿孔隙率,较低的不动点固含量,较高的光散射系数,粒子的均一性也赋予涂层具有较好的平滑度和光泽度。
The effect of variation in particle size distribution, especially narrow particle size distribution, of pigment on coating properties of coated paper was investigated. The results show that narrow particle size distribution can enhance the performance of coatings, the bulk density of microparticulates of the coating layers resulted from the narrow particle diameter packing structure of pigment particles was smaller and a more opening filtra- tion layer formed thus resulted in fast dehydration with a higher wet hole gap rate, a lower stationary point solid amount and a higher light-scattering coefficient and the homogeneity of particles resulted in a desirable smooth- ness and glossiness of the coating.
