补益阳明津气对初老雌性大鼠卵巢门血管影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨"补益阳明津气"对初老雌性大鼠卵巢门血管的影响,并以此佐证中医传统经典理论"五七,阳明脉衰"在绝经前期生殖轴机能衰老中的重要影响。为促进绝经前期妇女健康、延缓绝经前期卵巢机能衰老、防治相关病症提供一种新的研究与论治思路,并为研制相关方药提供药效学依据。方法4-6月龄雌性大鼠为正常对照组;10-12月龄,阴道细胞学表现动情期延长的雌性大鼠作为初老大鼠模型。模型动物随机分为益胃汤高剂量组、益胃汤中剂量组、益胃汤低剂量组、己烯雌酚组、模型对照组和六味地黄丸组。灌药4周后,断头处死,取左侧卵巢用于检测卵巢门血管。结果与模型对照组比较,益胃汤高、中剂量组卵巢门血管壁变薄,管腔扩大,卵巢血供增加。结论实验研究提示益胃汤具有改善卵巢局部血供的作用,这可能是其延缓卵巢机能衰老的机制之一。 Objective To study the effects of "Tonifying Yangming Fluid and Qi" on the hilus vessel of ovary in presenile rats and verify the Chinese medical theory that "Yangming meridian declines in the fifth seven-year period" in premenopause. Methods Four to six months old SD female rats were enrolled in control group, and 10 -12 months old SD female rats with oestrus elongation in model group. Presenile female rats were devided into 6 groups: high-dose "Yiwei Decoction" group ( Group A), middle-dose "Yiwei Decoction" group ( Group B), low-dose "Yiwei Decoction" group ( Group C), Diethylstilbestrol group ( Group D), model group and "Liuwei Dihuang Pill" group( Group E). After 4-week treatments, the rats were sacrificed and the blood vessels of left-side ovary were observed. Resuits Compared with model group, the hilus vessel wall in other groups' rats became thin and its cavity expanded to increase blood supply to the ovary. Conclusion "Yiwei Decoction" can delay ovary aging possibly by improving blood supply to the ovary.
