离子液体催化合成香豆素葡萄糖苷糖酯类化合物的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以室温离子液体1正-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐中合成了香豆素葡萄糖苷糖酯类化合物。实验结果表明,反应时间4 h,反应物香豆素-3-羧酸与四乙酰溴代葡萄糖摩尔比为1.0∶1.0,产品收率为86.6%。用IR与1H NMR对其结构进行了表征。 Coumarin glucosidase compounds was synthesized in ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolinium tetrafluoroborate ambient temperature. The result showed that the yield can be reach 86.6% under the following factors:reaction time is 4 h, reaction substance is coumarin-3-earboxylicacid, quadriaeetic-acetyl-bromoketone-glucose' s molar ratio as 1.0 : 1.0. The product structure has been characterized by l H-NMR and IR.
