摘要
按钢渣、矿渣和粉煤灰以5∶3∶2的比例组成复合废渣,在改性水玻璃等激发剂的协同作用下,制备得到的浆体28 d抗压强度高达53.56 MPa,凝结时间及安定性均合格。通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析、电子扫描电镜(SEM)形貌观察等对浆体中的水化产物进行分析,结果表明,在协同水化作用下,水化产物中存在网络状的水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)。
The multi-solid waste steel consists of steel slag, slag and fly ash with the ratio of 5 : 3 : 2, under the synergistic action of modified water-glass and other activators, the paste can reach a 28 d' s compressive strength of 53.56 MPa, and the setting time and soundness are qualified. To analysis the products of hydration by means of XRD and SEM. The results shows network calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) exist in the hydration products in the effect of synergistic hydration.
