固相二氧化氮气体采样管的研制 被引量:1

摘要 目的研制一种适合于大批量室内和环境空气中二氧化氮气体(NO2)现场采样的固相气体采样管。方法固相NO2气体采样管由两端套有硅胶塞玻璃管及其内部填充经过改性的聚丙烯纤维丝束并涂布NO2吸收液,作为固相填充物的载体而组成。建立固相NO2气体采样管对NO2的采样方法。采用改进的Saltzman法(国标法)评价其性能。结果固相NO2气体采样管法的洗脱效率和采集效率≥(99.68±5.45)%和(97.29±0.83)%;该法测定低(0.11 mg/m3)、中(0.46 mg/m3)、高3(0.85 mg/m3)3种不同质量浓度的NO2气体并与国标法比较,两者测定结果分别相差9.10%、4.35%和3.53%,2种方法测定结果差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论研制的固相NO2气体采样管可用于大规模环境和室内空气中NO2的现场采样。 Objective To develop a kind of solid phase absorbent sampling tube suited to a large number of sampling and analysis for indoor and ambient air NO2. Methods This solid phase absorption gas sampler was consisted of two parts: a glass tube covered with silica - gel plugs as a support part; surface denatured polypropylene fibre in glass tube coated with absorbing solution for NO2 as an absorbent part. Then a method for sampling NO2 was established by this sampler. Modified Sahzman method was adopted to test its function. Results The collection rate and the elution rate of solid phase absorbent sampler were greater than (99.68 ± 5.45) % and (97.29 ±0.83) % respectively. The determination results showed that there were 9.10% ,4.35% ,3.53% differences in low (0.11 mg/m3) , middle(0.46 mg/m3, high (0.85 mg/m3) three levels of NO2 between this method and modified Sahzman method , but which were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion This solid phase sampling tube can be used for the field sampling of NO2 in indoor and ambient air.
