摘要
针对溶剂脱水系统采用共沸精馏能节省能量输入,但是总体消耗还是偏大,塔内部各组分分布非线性相当严重,影响平稳运行因素多。采用变量模型预测控制技术实现PTA溶剂脱水系统的优化控制,通过先进控制实施前后的比较,原辅料的消耗明显降低,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Through the solvent dehydration system has adopted azeotropic distillation and can save energy, but total energy consumption is still too high. And the non-linear distribution of the composition in the tower is very serious, it affects stable operation. The multi-variable model predictive control technology has been adopted. The optimum control lot the PTA solvent dehydration system has been realized. Through the comparison the raw materials consumption has been reduced remarkably before and after the advanced control has been excused, the obvious economic and social benefit has been achieved.
