摘要
较之现代民主国家的构建理念和模式,禅宗在思想观念和制度建设的理念方面都明显缺乏权利意识。丛林制度的组织原则和价值取向是集体主义的,僧众却并不将集体设定为自我人生的目标,对公共事物的关注不够,参与意识不强。这两者使得僧众既丧失了消极权利,又放弃了积极权利。
Compared with modern democracy country, Conglin of Ch＇an is the absence of right consciousness. Since collectivism as value judgement and noncollectivism as target value, Buddhist monks are bankrupt in their negative right, and also their positive right.
