丹参多酚酸盐对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者内皮功能的影响

Influence of salvianolate on endothelial function in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的观察丹参多酚酸盐对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者内皮功能的影响。方法选取82例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组(42例)与对照组(40例),对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上辅以丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗14 d。分别使用硝酸还原法与酶联免疫吸附法测定2组治疗前后血清一氧化氮(NO)和血浆内皮素(ET)水平。结果治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组血清NO水平显著增高(P<0.05),血浆ET水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐注射液能明显增加老年不稳定型心绞痛患者NO水平,降低ET水平,改善血管内皮细胞功能。

Objective To study the influence of salvianolate on endothelial function in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods Eighty-two elderly patients with UAP were randomly divided into salvianolate group（ n-42 ） and control group （n = 40 ）. Every group was treated for 14 d. The levels of serum nitric oxide （NO） and plasma endothelin（ET） were measured by using nitrate reduction method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） before and after treatment. Results The level of NO was significantly higher in salvianolate group than that in control group. The level of ET was significantly lower in salvianolate group than that in control group. Conclusions The salvianolate can improve the endothelial function in elderly patients with UAP.
