摘要
在新车开发或改型开发的过程中,为了提高产品的开发效率和开发质量,目前主流的开发流程一般包括物理模型制作(1∶1或1∶4)→物理模型的数字化(点云获取与处理)→逆向三维建模(在Catia等三维软件中)→样件快速制作加工→三坐标检测、数模比对检测等过程。文章结合开发流程介绍了现代开发手段的集成应用,并给出了各种开发技术的应用实例。
In the process of new vehicle design or remodel, at present, in order to improve the production efficiency and quality,the main methods include physics model machining, transform to digital cloud data,constructing converse 3D model, sample rapid prototype, CMM measure,comparing data model to physics model and so on. The paper introduces the integration about modern development methods and application in production design, and present the actual examples concerned with these technologies.
