摘要 以上向流曝气生物滤池为研究对象,对COD的去除效果及影响因素进行了探讨。试验结果表明:上向流曝气生物滤池对COD去除效果具有一定的抗冲击负荷能力,在进水COD质量浓度均值为68.3mg/L时,出水氨氮质量浓度均值为26.1mg/L,去除率为61.8%,去除效果稳定。不同操作条件对COD去除效果的影响为:曝气生物滤池只需较低的曝气量,在V(气)∶V(水)=5∶1的情况下即可获得对有机物较高的去除效率;曝气生物滤池对有机物的降解主要发生在进水端0~60cm范围内;水力负荷在0.5~1.5m3/(m·2h)的变化范围内,反应器对有机物去除能力基本不受影响;水力负荷和进水COD等2种途径带来的COD容积负荷变化对其去除率没有明显的区别,并且有很强的抗冲击负荷的能力。 The efficiency and influencing factors of COD removal in an up-flow biological aerated filter (BAF) were carried out. It was demonstrated that the up-flow BAF could achieve a certain anti-shock loading capability as far as the COD removal efficiency was concerned. When the average inflow COD concentration was 68.3 rag/L, the outlet COD concentration was 26.1 mg/L with an average removal rate at 61.8%, and the removal efficiency was stable. The different operation conditions which influenced the COD removal efficiency were as following: with low aeration intensity and the air- water ratio being 5:1, the optimal COD removal efficiency was obtained; the degradation of organic matter occured mainly at the beginning 0 - 60 cm range; with hydraulic loading changing in the range 0.5-1.5 m^3/(m^2·h), the basic ability of the reactor on remove organic matter was not be affected; the COD volume loading changing caused by hydraulic loading and influent water COD had no effect on COD removal efficiency and up-flow BAF had strong ability of anti-shock loading.
