灯盏生脉胶囊改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

Clinical observation of Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules for type 2 diabetes insulin resistance

目的:观察灯盏生脉胶囊(灯盏细辛、人参、麦冬、五味子)对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法:将98例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组50例,对照组给予西医治疗(饮食控制、运动和胰岛素治疗),治疗组在此基础上加用灯盏生脉胶囊口服,两组疗程均为两个月,治疗前后分别测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)。结果:治疗组总疗效为91.67%,优于对照组的总疗效(40.00%)(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后的证候积分明显减少(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1C、FINS、ISI与对照组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:灯盏生脉胶囊能明显改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗。

AIM： To observe the clinical efficacy of Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules（Herba Erigerontis, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Radix Ophiopogouis, Fructus Schisandrae chinensis ） in improving type 2 diabetes insulin resistance. METHODS： 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （50 cases） were treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group （48 cases） were treated with Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules based on conventional therapy. These two groups were all treated for 2 months. FPG, FINS, 2hPG, HbA1C and ISI were observed before and after treatment. RESULTS： The total effects of the treatment group（91.67% ） was higher than that of the control group （40.00%） （P 〈0.01 ）. The score of Chinese medical pattern in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group （P 〈0.01）. FPG, 2hPG, HbA1 C, FINS and ISI were improved more obviously in the treatment group than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION ： The therapy of Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules is quite effective for type 2 diabetes in improving insulin resistance.
