摘要
目的:建立同时测定黄连及金芪降糖片(金银花、黄连、黄芪)中3种小檗型生物碱(药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱)的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为345 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:在上述条件下测定黄连中药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱的平均含量分别1.34%、1.61%、7.12%,金芪降糖片中药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱的平均含量分别为0.35%、0.64%、1.54%。结论:本方法操作简单、结果准确、回收率高、重现性好,可用于黄连及金芪降糖片的质量控制。
AIM: To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method of determining three kinds of berberinc type alkaloids (jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine) in Rhizoma Coptidis and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet (Flos Loniceraejaponicae, Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Astragali) METHODS: RP-HPLC was used for determination. The separation was carried out on Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase containing acetonitrile-0.1 mol/L potassium dihydrogeu phosphate (30 : 70) and a detective wavelength was at 345 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS : The average contents of jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine in Rhizoma Coptidis and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet were 1.34%, 1.61%, 7.12% and 0.35%, 0.64%, 1.54% respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate with a good recovery and repeatability and can be used to control the quality of Rhizoma Coptidis and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet.
