摘要
对大功率IGBT驱动器2SD315A的原理进行了分析与实测论证。包括驱动信号调制、隔离传输、解调及放大。说明了过流,短路及欠压的保护原理等。并给出了相关的实测波形及实际应用要点。
Analyzed the schematic of the high power IGBT Driver 2SD315A, Including Modulation, transmission and insulation demodulation and magnify of drive signal. Expounded the protection of the over current, short and under voltage. And the outline for practical application and test waveforms were provided.
