强化近端控制能力训练对偏瘫患者运动功能的临床疗效观察

Clinical effects of strengthening distal control ability training on motion function of hemiplegia patients

目的:研究强化近端控制能力训练对偏瘫患者运动功能的临床疗效。方法:选60例脑卒中患者随机分为A组(30例)和B组(30例),皆接受常规治疗,A组予以强化近端控制能力训练,而B组仅单纯强调肢体功能训练,采用B erg平衡量表与B I量表对该组患者出院前后的运动功能进行评定。结果:发现A组患者运动功能的临床疗效较B组显著。结论:强化近端控制能力训练可改善偏瘫患者运动功能。

Objective To explore the effects of strengthening distal control ability training on hemiplegia patients＇motion function. Methods 60 patients who got stroke were randomly divided into A group and B group with 30 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatments,besides,A group was given distal control ability training,and B group only limbs function training. Then Berg balance scale and Barthel index scale were used to evaluate their status before and after the treatments. Results Motion function of patients in A group was improved significantly,compared with that of patients in B group. Conclusion Strengthening distal control ability training could improve hemiplegia patients＇motion function.
