桉叶止咳糖浆的药效学研究

Study on pharmacodynamics of Anye cough syrups

目的对桉叶止咳糖浆止咳、平喘、祛痰、抗炎功效的药效学进行研究。方法平喘作用采用喷雾致喘法,止咳作用采用氨水喷雾法,祛痰作用采用气管酚红法,抗炎作用采用小耳廓肿胀法。结果桉叶止咳糖浆大、中、小剂量组对小鼠氨水引咳的R值分别为182.7%、172.7%、164.5%;明显延长氨茶碱致豚鼠咳嗽的潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;促进小鼠气管段酚红排泄量;对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀度有一定的抑制作用。结论桉叶止咳糖浆具有明显的止咳、平喘和祛痰作用。并具有一定的抗炎功效。

Objective To study the effect on pharmacology of Anye Cough syrups at antitussive,antiasthmatic,expectorant,antiinflammation.Methods The antitussive, expectorant, antiinflammation and antiasthmatic effects of the Anye syrups were observed by concentrated ammonia water method,phenol red method and dimethyl benzene of ear edema in mice and spray method in cavies.Results Different doses of the Anye syrups Cause that R of Cough caused by ammonia were 182.7%, 172.7%, 164.5%,respectively,reduce the number of cough,promote excretion of Phenol red in trachea paragraph, had a certain degree of inhibition of Swelling caused by dimethyl benzene in mice, and significantly prolonged the latency-time of cough caused by aminophylline in cavies.Conclusion The results showed that Anye syrups had the apparent effect on antitussive, antiasthmatic,expectorant,and had some the effect of antiinflammation.
