摘要
采用冻析法从杉木油中分离柏木醇,通过结晶温度、结晶时间及是否添加晶种对柏木醇纯度及得率的影响的试验,确定从杉木油中分离柏木醇的最佳结晶时间及结晶温度。结果表明,不加晶种的条件下,杉木油(柏木醇含量为31.96%)在2℃下冷冻120 h,柏木醇的得率为59%以上,纯度大于95%。
Freezing method was adopted for separating cedrol from Chinese fir oil. Crystallizing temperature, crystallizing time and whether or not to add crystal seed were considered as factors which impacted the purity and yield of Cedrol and then the optimal condition was determined. The results showed that Chinese fir oil with the cedrol content of 31.96 %, the optimal condition was 2℃ of crystallizing temperature and 120h of crystallizing time Cedrol yield reached above 59 % and the purity above 95 % without adding crystal seed.
