本文介绍了以钢绳网为主要特征的ＳＮＳ泥石流防护柔性格栅坝的３种坝型及其功能原理和设计原则，从而表明了该项技术在产品标准化、高防冲击能力、施工快速方便且节省材料与投资方面具有较好的推广应用前景，同时简单介绍了该项新技术在东河泥石流综合治理中的应用。

This paper introduces the function and design principles of SNS flexible railings dam for protecting debris flow, which is characterized by steel cable nets and three types. It is recommended that this technique has a good prospect to spread due to its standardizable products, high capabilities to protect impact, highspeed, convenient construction and save material and investment.This new technique is also successfully applied to the comprehensive harnessing of Donghe debris flow in Xichang, Sichuan.
