4种羊茅属牧草幼苗抗寒性比较 被引量:4

摘要 对羊茅属4种牧草幼苗在低温胁迫下的抗寒性进行了比较研究。研究表明:低温下,各牧草细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量均随着低温胁迫强度的增大和时间的延长呈显著增大趋势(P<0.05),且种间也具显著差异(P<0.05);低温胁迫下各牧草电导率和丙二醛、电导率和脯氨酸、脯氨酸和丙二醛间均存在显著相关关系,但单一指标并不能准确鉴定出各牧草抗寒能力的强弱。综合分析表明,在评价羊茅属牧草的抗寒性时,应优先选择相对细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量作为鉴定植物抗寒性的指标;4种牧草幼苗的抗寒性为:中华羊茅最好,西北羊茅和毛稃羊茅次之,法恩苇状羊茅最差。 Resistance cold was studied on four species of Festuca forage in seedings stage under low tempretue stress. The results indicated that cell membrane permeability, malondialdehyde contents, proline contents of every herbage had significant increasedly trend with increasing the low temperature stress intensive and time extending ( P 〈 0.05 ), there is significant difference between species ( P 〈 0. 05 ). cell membrane permeability and malondialdehyde, cell membrane permeability and proline, proline and malondialdehyde exist significant correlation relation, but individuaI index can not identify strong and weak of resistance cold ability exactly. Comprehensive analysis indicated cell membrane permeability,malondialdehyde contents prefered to choose as identification indices in valuing resistance cold of Festuca L. The resistance cold order of four species is F. sinensis is best, F. krylovina Reverd and F. kirilovii stand second, F. arundinacea Fawn. is weakest.
