摘要
Nicotinamide molecularly imprinted polymers with different molar ratios of monomers to templates were prepared.The character trials which involved the binding experiments in static state and the TLC separation tests were carried out on the MIP with the perfect molar ratio of monomers to templates 6∶1.The results show that the saturated binding amount of the MIP is comparatively great.The binding power between the MIP and templates is comparatively strong and a series of structural analogs can be separated perfectly on MIP.
