摘要 A new system of FRET was built in this paper.In the condition of λex/λem=400nm/560nm,0.1mol/L Tris buffer(pH=7.0),the effective energy transfer can occur between FITC(Fluorescein 5-isothiocyanate) and Rhodamine 6G(6G).The quenching of fluorescence of the system happened with the addition of BSA.According to that a new determination of BSA was developed.The quenching of this system liners with BSA from 10mg/L to 35mg/L,and the limit of determination is 9.5mg/L.The linear regression is F=0.0363×CBSA+0.7256 with the correlation coefficient,r=0.9970.
