摘要
《艾滋病防治条例》的出台在中国艾滋病立法中具有里程碑意义。然而,《条例》中与现行法律的冲突问题;艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的结婚权问题;行为干预措施问题在立法或实践上还存在不足之处有待于进一步完善。
The endorsement of Regulation on the Prevention and Treatment of HIV/AIDS is a milestone in the history of AIDS legislation. The Regulation appears some pitfalls and should be perfected, such as the antinomies with the existing laws, the right to marriage in people with HIV/AIDS, and in the section of behavior interventional measures in legislation and in practice.
