经济发展进程中环境污染造成健康损失评价研究

Evaluation research of the health loss caused by environmental pollution in economic development process

伴随着经济的发展,环境污染给人类带来的损失也越来越严重。人类对环境的破坏也招致环境对人类健康的危害。文章采用人力资本法对环境污染造成的健康损失建立量化评估的模型,使环境污染造成健康损失的量化分析有了依据,对于制定改善环境污染的政策措施,建立完善的健康保障体系具有重要的意义。

As the consequence of economical development, people＇s loss caused by environmental pollution is getting more and more serious. Surroundings destroyed by human beings also contribute to the harm on human health. The human capital approach is applied to establish the health loss quantitative appraisal model which provides the quantitative indicators in health loss for environment pollution. The evidence from the model can be applied to formulate the policy in health security system.
