摘要
在GearTrax中生成轮齿齿廓,在Solid-Works中实现行星轮系三维实体建模装配,通过HyperMesh与ANSYS划分网格、建立单元体信息,在RecurDyn中实现仿真,最后得到NGW行星轮系传动误差,并用实验加以验证其正确性.
The gear motion simulation for the external spur is executed and the calculating speeds of four kinds of contact analysis in the software are compared. The relation of penetration made by incorrect assembling and corresponding maximum contact force is analyzed in the article.
