摘要
上海市区地面沉降在七五末与八五期间较前期有显著增加,与大规模城市改造建设密切相关。文章分析了工程施工的沉降效应与特点,对影响程度作了定量评估,并据此提出了加强设计论证、施工监理与行政监督为主的沉降控制对策。
