从项目实践看城市设计导则的编制

MAKING OF URBAN DESIGN GUIDELINES FROM PRACTICES

城市设计导则是城市设计项目的核心内容,是城市设计参与城市建设管理的重要途径。加强城市设计导则的编制工作将有助于城市设计及其控制在城市建设中的实施。本文通过对不同类型城市设计实践项目的归纳研究,结合国内外城市设计导则编制的比较,总结城市设计导则的特性与要素,提出城市设计导则的有关编写建议。

Urban design guidelines are the core contents of urban design program and the important way that urban design is applied in urban construction and administration. The formulation of urban design guidelines would facilitate the implementation of urban design in urban construction. Combined with the urban design guidelines formulation home and abroad this paper studies the urban design projects of different kinds, summarizes the features and control elements of the guidelines and presents suggestions on the formulation of the guidelines.
