摘要
2008年12月10～12日,国家科技部万钢部长率团赴香港访问,讨论进一步加强两地的科技合作关系,期间参加了在广州市南沙新区香港科技大学霍英东研究院举办的"南沙中药标准化国际化研讨会"。本文是万部长的大会致词,概括了10年来中医药现代化科技工作的全貌和宏观思路,言简意赅。我刊在此全文发表,以飨广大读者。
A delegation, headed by Wan Gang, Chinese Minister of Science and Technology, visited Hong Kong in December 10-12, 2008. During the visit, Wan and his party discussed the S＆T cooperation ties between the mainland and Hong Kong with local officials. They also attended a seminar on the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine sponsored by Fok Ying Tung Graduate School, part of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Nansha. The following are the remarks made by Wan at the seminar, from which readers may derive a general picture of China＇s TCM modernization activities in the past decade.
