摘要
方药配伍的"耦合"效用假说用以阐述方剂配伍中药物相互作用所产生的效用。针对方剂的结构及作用特点构建一种适合方剂多药物配伍组合、多指标评价特点,研究方药配伍的"耦合"效用及组方规律的方法,即"均匀设计(Uniform design)-偏最小二乘回归数学建模(systems modeling of par-tial least square regression)-多目标优化网格算法技术(grid method for multi-objective optimization al-gorithm)"(UD-PLS-GMO)的方法,使所建立的研究方法更能体现中医的整体观和系统观。在此基础上建立基于WINDOWS桌面操作系统开发的,窗口化操作界面的中药复方配伍研究软件。
The combination of two or more drugs, according to the compatibility law, makes the essence of a prescription. A Prescription shows its efficacy through the interactions between different drugs. Without the interactions, the efficacy cannot be formatted, nor explained. The complexity of the nonlinear system and multi-drug based prescription makes people difficult to study prescriptions' compatibility. Authors developed a method to evaluate the efficacy of Prescriptions, in line with the characteristics of multi-drug, multi-effect, and multi-objective evaluation, based on the technology for Uniform design -systems modeling of partial least square regression-grid method for multi-objective optimization algorithm (UD-PLS-GMO). The method has a better reflection of the system theory. In addition, authors have developed an evaluation program to couple the effect-whole efficacy in prescriptions, built on Windows operation system.
