跨国公司外派人员回任研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文从外派回任的角度,分析企业外派回任现状,找出外派回任失败的原因,提出克服外派员工在回任时出现返文化休克的对策,以期建立一个个人和组织共同发展的和谐环境。
