摘要
由于美国和欧洲的经济规模和政治实力依然在全球占据主导地位,因此,当前国际货币体系的基本架构,包括美元和欧元联合主导国际货币体系的格局不会在短期内发生根本性变化。在这一既定前提下,改善国际货币体系,稳步推进国际货币体系多元化应当是现实的选择,而汇率问题则是其中的关键因素。
Due to the leading position of the United States and Europe in terms of economic power and political influence, the basics of current international monetary system will not substantially change in a short run. In this premise, we assume the improvement of international monetary system and the promotion of multicurrency international monetary system the practical choice. And foreign exchange rate is one of the key issues to address.
