卡介苗素在老年肺结核治疗中应用

Application of BCG in therapy of the aged patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨卡介苗素在老年肺结核病人治疗的临床价值。方法随机抽取2005年1月至2007年6月住院老年肺结核病人200例,随机分为甲、乙两组,两组病人在规律抗痨的同时,甲组配合卡介苗素作为观察组,乙组不用卡介苗素作为对照组,比较两组临床效果。结果两组在治疗症状明显好转时间、临床症状消失时间、痰菌阴转时间及主要不良反应发生情况等方面有显著差异,甲组明显优于乙组。结论卡介苗素在老年肺结核病人治疗中可明显提高抗痨效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic value of bacillus calmctte guerin （BCG） in the aged patients with pulmonary tubereulosis. Methods 200 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis were recruited from January 2005 to June 2007 and divided into two groups. During anti-tuberculosis, the observed group used BCG, and the control group did not. Clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results In the uraptic period, there were significant group differences, in favor of BCG group in terms of symptom improvement and disappearing, sputum bacteria being negative and occurrence of major adverse reactions. Conclusion BCG increases the theuraptic effect of anti-tuberculosis in old patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. It is worthy of being used widely in clinical practice.
