老年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与窦性心律失常的关系 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者(OSAS)与窦性心律失常的相互关系。方法选择OSAS患者45例和正常对照组31名进行多导睡眠图检查。结果OSAS患者窦性心律失常的发生率与正常对照组相比显著增高(P<0.01)。结论OSAS患者窦性心律失常发生率明显增高。
