摘要
以杂交兰的腋芽为材料,研究了杂交兰的组织培养和快速繁殖技术.结果表明:从诱导、增殖、分化到生根可以用同一种培养基,即MS+6-BA1mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L+活性炭5g/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂8g/L(pH5.8),IBA对杂交兰的增殖和分化影响较大.
Using axillary bud of Cymbidium hybridum× faberi,the tissue culture and plant regeneration was researched.The results show that MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L+AC 5 g/L+sucrose30 g/L+agar 8 g/L(pH5.8) is the optimum medium for induction,increment,differentiation and induction of root;IBA affects deepey the increment and differentiation of Cymbidium hybridum×faberi.
